8 + 9 "SWITCH IT UP" LEAGUE OVERVIEW
This overview applies exclusively to our leagues that play "Switch it Up." NOTE: Currently our Thursday and Saturday leagues play "8 + 9 Switch it Up" so please check with us when signing-up.

Club Charleston combines the best of both worlds with a new billiards league that plays games of both 8-ball and 9-ball during their match! Matches consist of 4 rounds of 8-ball, then 4 rounds of 9-ball :-) Unique fun! And if you don't know how to play one or the other, we'll give you a free lesson, along with an easy-to-follow rule guide. Our matches are handicapped, so everyone has a fair chance to compete:-)

Subs are always welcome as well. :-)

You don't have to be an expert shooter to play on a billiards league at Club Charleston -- just 21+ years old, someone who enjoys pool, "plays well with others," and likes to have fun. Handicapping gives everyone a chance to compete :-) And when you play on one of Club Charleston's leagues, you get FREE play for yourself - AND AN INVITED FRIEND - every Monday! League members also get an hour of FREE warm-up time before and more FREE time after your league night play!

It's only $10/week for 2 1/2+ hours of pool -- plus FREE pool time before AND after league play. And playing on one of our pool leagues is really a great way to have an inexpensive, enjoyable outing, meet nice people, build new friendships! Our oak billiard tables have just been refurbished -- why travel around to far-flung places week-to-week when our in-house league play assures you of quality tables/equipment, convenience and a great environment?

CLUB CHARLESTON'S IN-HOUSE CO-ED LEAGUES PLAY:
Tuesday Night 8-Ball, 7:30 - 10:00 PM
Wednesday Night 8-Ball, 7:30 - 10:00 PM
Thursday Night 8 + 9-Ball "Switch It Up", 7:30 - 10:00 PM
Friday Night 8-Ball - 8:00, 10:30 PM
Saturday Night 8 + 9-Ball "Switch It Up", 8:00 - 10:30PM
Monday is FREE Pool, 7:00 - 11:00 PM (Reserved for Club Charleston League Members and their invited guest(s) only. Guests can be non-league players :-) Ask for details.

FREE 1 hour of warm-up play is offered to Club Charleston league members and subs on their scheduled league night(s).

FREE play is also offered for members following the evening's league play.

1. Finest equipment (solid oak tables) and environment for billiards. Clean, safe and secure.
2. Central west-side location — no traveling to far-flung locations.
3. In-house — no guessing where the league plays from week to week :-)
4. League membership entitles 1/3 off table fee 24 / 7Ø
5. League membership entitles FREE pool Mondays
   7:00 – 11:00 PM for League members and their guests. Guests can be non-league members. Ask for details.Ø
6. FREE 1 hour of warm-up/practice prior to league play.
7. FREE play following the end of league play.
8. "Round-robin" style competition uses 2 tables per match (so it goes twice as fast.) Average weekly league play is
   2 1/2 hours.
9. Entire league is in action at once, creating a fun, exciting
   league dynamic.
10. Handicapping gives everyone a chance to compete.
11. 6 or 8 teams - 5 people per team. Thurs. 8-/9-Ball Combo Play has 6 teams with 4 people per team.
12. 6-team leagues play for 15 weeks; 8-team leagues play for 21 weeks; 4-team leagues play for 15 weeks.
13. Only $10 weekly fee. Half of fee goes towards CASH prizes.Ø (Weekly fee includes table fee.)
14. Cash to player for each game they win. (Awarded at end of league session.)Ø
15. "Top Shooters" 1st and 2nd place plaques presented at end of each league session.Ø
16. "Top Shooters and "Also Ran" cash prize tournaments at end of league session.Ø
17. FREE buffet-style dinner for league members at the end of each league session.Ø
18. Adult. Co-ed. BCA sanctioned.
19. Cocktail waitress brings your favorite drinks. Beer is served in ice-cold mugs. "Coldest Beer in Town."
20. League / team / player standings also posted on league website weekly for your convenience.Ø
21. No bar-room distractions or traffic — no blasting music or rowdy kids.
22. Billiard room is restricted to players and friends.
23. Owners are on-site to ensure your complete comfort and billiard-playing enjoyment :-)
